All of your funds are saved by our partner Intergiro, which takes the safety and security of your money very seriously. Intergiro is required by Swedish law to protect clients' money by safeguarding it as a financial institution. For this reason, your money is legally protected.
We also use fraud detection technologies, data encryption and strong authentication solutions to do all we can to prevent fraudulent use of your account and card.
It should only take a few minutes to get verified if a Nordic electronic ID (such as BankID) is used as a form of identification. There may be certain exceptions in which INCHARGE and our partners may request further documentation, but this is seldom the case with the use of an E-ID.
For other countries, in most cases, it will take around 2-3 days after going through verification with a passport or National ID, but this period may sometimes vary, depending on individual cases.
We’ll also let you know by email if we need you to redo your verification due to some faults in the verification process (ex. too much glare in the document, blurry image, corners cut off in the document photo), as well as when your new account has been approved.
There are several ways to add money to your INCHARGE account.
First, you have to type the desired amount or select it from the boxes with predefined amounts (minimum amount is 2 euros).
Next, you have to select the payment method:
If it is the first time:
You also have the option to check the box to save it as a payment method.
If you have a saved payment method, you can simply tap on the card you used previously. At the moment, we only support saving one payment method at a time.
You'll find the details of your INCHARGE account – your IBAN, Institution Name, BIC, and Institution address. You can easily copy and paste this information into your other bank account to carry out the operation and make the top-up payment. Please note that only EUR transfers are accepted.
Selecting this option will lead you to your online banks within the specified region (currently supporting Sweden and Finland only). From there, you can pick your preferred online bank and finalise your payment. Your chosen bank will be saved for future use.
Crypto (Confirmo):
Selecting this option will allow you to create a money order, or invoice, which will generate a URL that you can then paste to the platform supporting your cryptocurrency wallet in order to generate a payment. To find out more, please read our Crypto Confirmo FAQs Collection.
Apple Pay:
If you are an INCHARGE user in Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, or Germany, Apple Pay is now available for your device. It is simple to set up: just add it to the Wallet app on your iPhone, and you're ready to go!

Apple Pay is now available for Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany. Other EU/EEA countries are coming later in the year.

Your INCHARGE card is a debit card. We don't give out credit cards yet, but this is something that may be available in the future.
At the moment, INCHARGE users can only have 2 virtual and 2 physical cards at a time.*
*If you have already ordered your physical card in the INCHARGE app and it hasn't arrived yet, kindly wait a few more days. It should arrive in 8-10 working days. Please make sure that you don't click on 'Add a new card' again because this will generate a new card order and your existing card will be blocked.
The first INCHARGE card can be ordered and delivered free of charge. To obtain additional details regarding pricing and fees for the extra cards, please check here.
Your new INCHARGE card should be delivered to you at no cost via Royal Mail within 15 working days after you order it, but most cards will arrive sooner than that, within around 8-10 working days. If this period has passed and you still haven't received it, please contact our live agents through our chat or write to: support@inchargecard.com.
